Our customer, a world leader in Ethernet networking solutions and winner of 2008 North American Product Innovation of the Year Award, trusted Innosiv for implementing and supporting their production test solutions.
Innosiv developed and proved a unique ATE solution approach in which all instrumentation and test equipment is interfaced to test computer using a single Ethernet cable and an Ethernet switch. The solution provides Ethernet, serial, digital I/O and I2C interfaces to units under test while reducing the proliferation of interfaces buss technologies to a single Ethernet interface that allows the test machine to be miles or even continents away from the actual test equipment.
Using NI LabVIEW a feature rich parallel test capable test executive platform was developed meeting the specific test requirements in a cost effective and scalable approach. The automated test software provides flexible test setup, execution, monitoring and reporting capabilities for parallel testing of large number of unites under test.
Our turnkey ATE solution includes ATE design, rack mounting of test equipment, test automation software development, integration, testing, technology transfer and full field support for deployed systems for a growing portfolio of several products tested at multiple production locations worldwide.
